Install Windows app without Microsoft Store

1. search the App from Microsoft Store https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/apps/windows
2. copy the app's url to https://store.rg-adguard.net
3. download the .appxbundle from the list
4. From powershell admin, run: Add-AppxPackage .\app-filename.appxbundle
